To send you email reminders about exciting new gadgets we just received, we need to have your e-mail address. We may also request for your Drivers license number, name, address, telephone number, age and gadgets preferences so we can send you the most appropriate gadgets to you (collectively, “Personal Information”). Personal Information You Provide to Us

A Device Identifier is a number that is automatically assigned to your Device when you access a website or its servers, and our computers identify your Device by its Device Identifier. When you visit the Sites, we may view your Device Identifier. We use this information to determine the physical location of your Device. Web Beacons

All Members may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by contacting us at hello@expese.com or editing the relevant part of their profile online. If you would like us to cancel your EXPESE Account, please contact us or select the “Cancel” feature of the Service and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation or a legitimate business reason to retain the information contained in your EXPESE Account. Please note that, if you cancel your EXPESE Account, anything you have posted via the Site and Application will remain publicly viewable via the Site and Application. Feedback

EXPESE may from time to time ask you to provide information on your experiences with the Service, which will be used to measure and improve the quality of our Service. You are at no time obliged to provide such information. EXPESE reserves the right to use anonymized information that does not identify you personally for marketing purposes, for instance, by displaying selected comments without a user’s identity on the Site, or in communications from the EXPESE team.

Phishing

Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to EXPESE. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your EXPESE Account ID, or login password in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If our company or our assets related to this Privacy and Cookie Policy are acquired by another company, your Personal Information, and any other information that we have collected about the users of the Services, may be disclosed to that company as part of the due diligence process and will be transferred to that company as one of the transferred assets. Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use information you have provided through the Sites in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy and Cookie Policy. AGGREGATE INFORMATION AND NON-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

Information We Receive from Third Parties. Expese may receive information about you from third parties. For example, if you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from Expese, that website will forward to us your email address and other information about you so that we may contact you as requested. You may also choose to participate in a third party application or feature (such as one of our Facebook or Twitter applications or a similar application or feature on a third party website) through which you allow us to collect and share (or the third party to collect and share) information about you, including Personal Information. In addition, we may receive information about you if other users of a third party web site give us access to their profiles and you are one of their "connections" or information about you is otherwise accessible through your "connections" web page, profile page or similar page on a social networking or other third party website or interactive service.

You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third Party Account login information to EXPESE and/or grant EXPESE access to your Third Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third Party Account and without obligating EXPESE to pay any fees or making EXPESE subject to any usage limitations imposed by the applicable SNS. If you decide to register by logging into a Third Party Account via our Site or Application, we will obtain the Personal Information you have provided to the applicable SNS (such as your “real” name, email address, profile picture, other information you make publicly available via the applicable SNS and/or other information you authorize EXPESE to access by authorizing the SNS to provide such information) from your Third Party Accounts and use that information to create your EXPESE Account and EXPESE Account profile page and you will become a Member. Depending on the Third Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have gadgets in such Third Party Accounts, you understand that by granting us access to the Third Party Accounts, we will access, make available and store (if applicable and as permitted by the SNS and authorized by you) the information in your Third Party Accounts so that it is available on and through your EXPESE Account on the Site, Service and Application. If there is information about your “friends” or people with whom you are associated in your Third Party Account, the information we obtain about those “friends” or people with whom you are associated, may also depend on the privacy settings such people have with the applicable SNS.

We may also supplement the information we collect about you through the Services with other information from third parties in order to enhance our ability to serve you, to tailor our content to you and to offer you opportunities to purchase products or services that we believe may be of interest to you.

We may share aggregated information that does not include Personal Information and we may otherwise disclose Non-Identifying Information and Log Data with the public on our blog or to third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling and other purposes. Any aggregated information shared in these contexts will NOT contain your Personal Information.

Consent to Processing and Transfer of Information
